Office hours Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm and Saturday 9am until 1pm. Outside of office hours, advice is available on pumps, equipment and feeding tube problems, but not on individual deliveries.

All compliments, comments and complaints are recorded by electronic means. Complaints are tracked to make sure of a fast and fitting solution. Complaints will be answered within 24 hours. If more research is needed we will send a first response. A full summary of our findings will be sent within 10 working days.
