At Nutricia Homeward we want to give the best service at all times. 

We love to hear from you to understand what we are doing well and how we can improve our service.All compliments, comments and complaints are recorded by electronic means. Complaints are tracked to make sure of a fast and fitting solution.

If you have any concerns with the Nutricia Homeward service, please speak to our Patient Services team who will try to resolve any issues you may have. If the Patient Services team are unable to resolve your issue, the next step would be for you to raise a complaint with us. Our Quality Assurance team will acknowledge this within 24 working hours and provide a further update or full response within 10 working days.
