Nutricia Homeward is no longer able to support direct deliveries of medical nutrition products and equipment to the United States. This is due to changes to customs regulations which may result in items being delayed, held or refused. All of which is outside Nutricia’s control.

Nutricia Homeward patients who are planning a trip to the United States should discuss their travel plans with their healthcare team in advance. We recommend that patients order the supplies they need for their trip and take this with them when they travel. Nutricia Homeward can supply complementary holiday trunks to help transport medical nutrition and equipment safely.

We will continue to monitor the situation to see if there are any changes, however at this time there are no plans to reinstate the Holiday and Travel Service for deliveries to the United States.
